Analysis of Customer: Towards a Theory of the Social Determination of Behavior
Abstract
The utility of feedback is examined in this work from professional and non-professional customers by comparing customer reviews with their profiles. We conducted three significant steps to do this study, such as calculating customer review quality, calculating customer behavior quality, and reviewing comparison. To test the final result, we have used Chi-Square Method. It is one of the best and easiest methods to formulate the score of contrast between a customer's profile and their analysis. The results proved that our proposed method of using more factors provided high efficiency and accuracy in gathering the actions.
