Abstract

This paper presents Quick Switching Bayesian Repetitive Group Sampling System -1 indexed through development of Operating Characteristic values using Minimum Angle Method.  The tables and procedures are given for designing the system for various plan parameters, which are associated with their specified risks, which describe the degree of sharpness of the OC curve, which are considered towards development of sampling system.  In this paper a new concept has been developed through the behaviour of the lots based on Gamma-Zero Inflated Poisson Distribution based on the risk minimization for both the producer and consumer quality levels. The decisions on either accepting or rejecting a lot based on the examination of samples under the normal and tightened procedure under Quick Switching System under RGS plan as a reference plan.
