Abstract

The main aim of this review work is to analyse the performance of BTFSW Bobbin Tool Friction Stir Welding procedure for linking alike and different physical materials. Bobbin tool friction stir welding (BTFSW) is irregular and new variant method used for the conservative resistance welding process (CFSW). On comparing the various welding processes through conservative Friction Stir Welding-FSW and Bobbin Tool Friction Stir Welding -BTFSW the main advantage of this work is that it removes all boundaries employing a two-shoulder joint shape. Nowadays, the essential has ascended to appraisal the effort finished on BTFSW to deliver wider features of the method to investigators. This weekly goal at providing inclusive intuition on the (BTFSW). The work wages grave consideration on solid materials selection, project topographies of the shoulder joint and title exteriors, microstructure development, motorized characterisation. Extra, fusing flaws and the upcoming possibility of BTFSW are too addressed in this paper.
