Abstract

Companies must develop new concepts to solve the entrepreneurial issues of the twenty-first century due to the ever-increasing complexity of the current entrepreneurial environment, as well as a wave of newly emerging, digitally based technical breakthroughs. This is known as business model innovation. “Business models are dynamic and must be revised on a regular basis. Emerging technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality also have an impact on them. The influence of augmented and virtual reality on business model innovation, on the other hand, is poorly understood”. As a result, the research's main objective is to better understand the impact of augmented and virtual reality technologies on business model innovation in technology businesses. The inclusion of virtual reality and artificial intelligence into business raises the level of sophistication of human-machine interaction to a whole new level. ‘The use of these technologies, in conjunction with deep learning techniques, has dramatically transformed the corporate landscape, particularly customer relationship management. Furthermore, through interactive designs and machine learning approaches, augmented reality has transformed the corporate production environment.
