Abstract

Leaders can create change in the country effectively and have greatness in the organization, which is both a supervisor in the development of various aspects of the management function at any level can be regarded as a leader who uses power and power. Their duty in the official administration of the organization is to lead the people in the organization to the intended goals. However, how do those who hold administrative positions under the chain of command that the organization delegates to be formal leaders to manage their activities effectively? Therefore, this research has reasons (1) to study the management of community leaders in the situation of COVID-19. (2) to study the factors influencing the management of community leaders in the situation of COVID-19. (3) to study the management guidelines of community leaders in the situation of COVID-19. The sample group that answered the questionnaire was the people who had the right to vote in the Khon Kaen Province, which was obtained by a randomly stratified form of 400 people. The sample used in In-Depth Interviews to guide the management of community leaders in the COVID-19 situation10 people in Khon Kaen Province, selected by Purposive Sampling. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, and content analysis. The research was as follows.

  1. The role of community leaders in managing the situation of COVID-19 in Khon Kaen Province in all aspects was found to be at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the command aspect was moderate,

The planning aspect is moderate, and the control aspect was at a moderate level respectively.

  1. Factors influencing the role of community leaders in managing the COVID-19 situation in Khon Kaen Province in all aspects, including interpersonal relationships, methods of governance, work security, The predictive coefficients in raw scores (b) were 0.774, 0.133, and -0.376, respectively.
  2. Guidelines for the role of community leaders in managing the situation of COVID-19 in Khon Kaen Province found that: (1) Planning: There should be management measures in the performance of duties seriously, consider and prepare plans to cope with changes quickly in all areas with coordination in the planning back-up plan. Performance of environmental duties in the management of various duties that are constantly changing. (2) Command: There should be an assignment to guide and monitor the work of the management in the performance of the community leaders. By the implementation of the plans or goals outlined in the management in the performance of duties, decisions are made using analytical methods to distinguish problems in management and to order decisions concerning the purpose of solving problems. Management in the situation of COVID-19 in the performance of community leaders. (3) Control aspect: There should be a risk assessment, impact control, consider setting clear and beneficial action guidelines, and measures to ensure that community leaders do not make mistakes in solving problems.
