Abstract

In the real world, to lead the smooth social life the type of communication used plays a vital role for proper and correct communication, which is exchanging of statements to communicate with others in effective manner. Now a day’s human replaceable machines/devices can communicate by writing, by voice or by signs through proper authentication process. Speech / voice is the fast and easiest communication way among all the ways. In many real time applications like security devices, automated devices, household appliances, mobiles and computers needs human-computer interface with speech processing to communicate or interact conveniently. These applications are very useful for the one whom suffering from some kind of disabilities. The conversion mechanisms like Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text- to- Speech (TTS)   are very helpful for the disabled people in their daily routine. The people, who are lacking the power of human speech, can   also use these interfaces with recorded voice over or TTS system. In the present work, the same mechanisms for searching whether the book is present in the library’s large dataset or not. In this, allow the user to search the book in the library or in the particular website through voice given by the microphone. We combined these features with the existed conventional library system for better library access especially, for the people who are suffering from some kind of disabilities.  For this purpose, we created the data set that contains a large number of books, magazines, journals, and more are detailed. The people can search the required book through voice. For the identification of the required book used the End point detection method and got 94% accuracy.
