Adaptive Beam Forming Application using LLMMN Algorithm Communication System
Abstract
In communication field, the use of spectrum efficiently is one of the major criteria. Hence smart antennas play a vital role in order to increase the coverage and hence accommodate the increasing users. In prioritizing the adaptive algorithm for the effective usage in beam forming, smart antennas play a vital role. In this work, Leaky Least Mean Mixed Norm Algorithm (LLMMN) is presented that can be used as an adaptive algorithm in smart antennas. The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive technique is compared and analyzed by normalized array factor and mean square error (MSE) and all the simulations presented in this paper are performed using MATLAB.
