A Study of Performance Development & Cognitive Behavior of People during Lockdown COVID-19 with Reference to Sahaja Yoga Meditation Technique
Abstract
In this investigation, we are focusing on pandemic condition & its impact overall during lockdowns. People & their hidden talents, people & their hidden desires, people & their own care, people & their last desires of innate development, working pattern etc. This lockdown and continuous information regarding the precaution to be taken even after staying at home has created a state of panic, stress, and anxiety in even to the non-infected healthy individuals. Staying at home, people are suffering from depression due to isolation, uncertainty and disruptions in normal life. Out of music, dance & yoga, how yoga works to inculcate qualities like creativity, personality development, stress management. This energy gives man pure & absolute motivation which is to be plan & manage. It may be our social, physical, mental, professional, corporal, business life. So theme of this paper is to focus on internal & external sources of motivation. This paper is going to introduce a “Sahaja Yoga” way of living which enhances the innate power for peaceful, soothing, creative life experience. Sahaja Yoga meditation practices overall in India for people & their own development by means of simple meditation. People who practices regularly, we have mentioned their experiences or feedback.
