Analytical Study of Aggression among Basketball Players: A Position Wise Analysis

Abstract

The study's goal was to look at how aggressive basketball players were at three distinct locations on the court. The players were chosen from Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University's affiliated colleges in Chennai, India. The players were divided into two groups: 50 beginner players (20 guards, 20 forwards, and 10 center players) and 50 experienced players (20 guards, 20 forwards, and 10 center players). Those who had participated in intercollegiate tournaments for the first time were termed novice players, while those who had participated in intercollegiate tournaments multiple times were deemed experienced players. There was a significant difference found between the types of players. In case of position-wise analysis all the players have similar is aggressive play.
