ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF HEALTH PERFORMANCE WITH BPJS PATIENT SATISFACTION IN THE OUTSTANDING UNIT OF HOM-HOM PUSKESMAS JAYAWIJAYA REGENCY
Abstract
Improving health services is an important aspect that needs to be considered by the government at this time, because health is no longer a secondary human need but has become a primary need, including in BPJS patient care. the outpatient unit of the Hom-Hom Health Center Jayawijaya Regency in 2020. This research is an observational study with a cross-sectional or cross-sectional study approach, the population is all BPJS patients at the Hom-Hom Health Center, the sample in this study is outpatient BPJS participants who are currently receiving treatment or received services at the Hom-Hom Health Center. The results of the study obtained responsiveness of health workers at the Hom-Hom Health Center, Jayawijaya Regency. Most of them were good as many as 61 people (66.3%). Empathy is good 75%, Assurance is good 67.4%, Reliability is less as much as 58.7%, Tangibel is less 67.4%, patient satisfaction is 89.1% satisfied and performance is 62.0% good and there is a significant relationship between patient satisfaction and performance where the significance is 0.000, there is a significant relationship between REATER and BPJS patient satisfaction of 0.005 significance.
