Abstract

This improved proposal presents an air quality monitoring platform made up of a “Smart-Air/water” air quality sensor and a web server. This platform uses IoT and cloud computing technologies to monitor air and water quality in the outdoors and inside, anywhere and at any time. Air pollution, water pollution, and radiation contamination are all serious environmental issues that need to be addressed. Appropriate monitoring is required for the globe to achieve sustainable development while preserving a healthy society. This design depicts an intelligent system that uses the Internet of Things to provide highly efficient, low-cost, low-power air, sound, and water quality real-time monitoring and quality metrics shown on the site as well as on-device LCD display and SMS alerts. We can detect dangerous gases such as CO, CO2, smoke, LPG, alcohol, benzene, NH3 Temperature, and water quality parameters such as pH, Temperature, as well as detect sound pollution, using the proposed idea. The data collected will be uploaded to a cloud server through a wifi modem, which will be included in the Raspberry Pi modem.
