Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) comprises of communication duty which requires the devices to arrange a linked-network for gathering and distributing dataduring radio transmission. The principle motivation of the Wireless Sensor Network is to store the network lifetime in the functioning circumstances, to charge or replace the sensor node batteries is undoubtedly an impossible/unrealistic activity. The clustered network focuses to choose cluster-heads that reduces transmission costs and energy and to improve the network- lifetime, optimal CH choice is imperative. Recently natural swarm inspired algorithms can be used for the determination of Cluster Heads in an Optimum Paper.  In this research work Optimal determination of Cluster Head is performed using Swarm Intelligence based Shark Smell Algorithm. The implemented Algorithm develops much better than some of the previous algorithms in-terms of Energy- Efficiency and Packet Delivery Ratio.
