Abstract

People nowadays do not have self-control in a fast-paced world. Such individuals use automobiles at a high rate of speed. As a result, the police are unable to keep track of everything. This research paper explains to control speed without endangering others in cities, restricted locations such as schools, parks, hospitals, and other speed-limited zones. During such situations, when the driver has no command, all controls are taken automatically by an electronic system. To achieve this, using radio frequency (RF) to indicate where speed limits are in effect. An RF receiver is placed inside the vehicle. And when a vehicle enters the zone limits, the speed controller alerts the driver, and the control is automatically taken. Also, this system has traffic signal monitoring devices and alerts the driver regarding the signal status on the vehicle. In addition to these, it includes a Smart Road widening system, which will be operating concerning traffic density or on the command of an RF transmitter. The ATmega328 microprocessor, which interfaces with the RF receiver module and IR sensor, runs the entire system.
