Abstract

With the enhancement of our country's economic strength, the continuous growth of information technology, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has become more and more extensive, and its appearance has provided great convenience to people's lives. In recent years, AI has also been gradually applied to chemistry education. People use AI technology to carry out personalized chemistry teaching activities, thereby cultivating students' innovative ability and improving students' comprehensive quality level. This article aims to study the use of AI technology in the teaching of chemistry majors in colleges. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of AI, the main characteristics of personalized teaching and the influence of AI on the teaching of chemistry majors, in order to further understand students’ attitudes and views on the use of industrial intelligence technology in chemistry teaching. This article conducted a questionnaire survey on chemistry students from two universities. The results of the survey showed that students from the two universities are very satisfied with the use of AI technology in chemistry teaching. High, most students are satisfied with this technology, only a few students are dissatisfied, the prospect of AI technology in teaching is very promising.
