A Scrum Agile Method: A Case Study within a Small Enterprise Using Web Application

Abstract

This paper tackles define the agile methodologies and compare it with some parameters. Here use of the Scrum agile method and implement with case study was used for web application development. The company pre offers scrum for most of its development projects, so one pilot experiment was conducted to develop web application related to IOT the development methodology and finally, data analysis using earned value management. The parameters used for EVM are Team Velocity (TV), Work Capacity (WC), Focus Factor (FF), Target Value Increase (TVI+), Expected Percent Completed (EPC), Actual Percent Completed (EPC),   Planned Value (PV) and Earned Value (EV).
