Abstract
The Online Banking Services are increasing day by day in the banking sector in India. The improvement in financial innovations and technologies has made E-banking an intense part of the banking sector.The study aims to examine theimpact of Online Banking Services on the customer of the State Bank of India. The study will be helpful in finding out the impact of online banking system on its customer of SBI. In this study used to collected datafrom primaryand secondarysources which arecollected from Questionnaire, Website and other sources. The Online Banking Services such as ATM-Automated Teller Machine, Personal Computer Banking, Phone Banking and Mobile Banking, Email Banking. . In this paper researcher gives a clear idea about Online Banking and customer satisfaction towards Online Banking with services provided by State Bank of India.
