Abstract

The fourth generation (4G) cellular system is supported by radio access knowledge, including the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) Long Term Evolution (LTE) or its enhanced version LTE-Advanced (LTE-A). normally, release-10 of the 3GPP standard is called LTE-A. In addition, according to the definition of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the achievable implementation makes it a true 4G innovation. LTE / LTE-A is a new communication technology and is transitioning to a 5G communication system. Advanced LTE systems use multiple input multiple output (MIMO) and orthogonal incidence division multiplexing technology to achieve high data rate program. In LTE, the expected greatest data rate is 100 Mbps for downlink transmission and 50 Mbps for uplink transmission. MIMO-OFDM realize the greatest ethereal effectiveness or therefore provides greatest data capacity and capacity. This investigate work involves a study that depends on the implementation of the 10th edition of the 3GPP standard, or studies presentation examination of a turbo-coded MIMO-OFD My LTE-A network using 64-QAM inflection technology or 256 subcarriers. Using MATLAB simulation, a 16 X 16 MIMO configuration was used in the downlink, or bit error rate (BER) or downlink throughput were appraised pedestal on signal-to-noise ratio.
