Abstract

Internet of things empowered the next generation wireless communication. the next generation of wireless communication focus on connectivity of every object of world connected to internet. The large connectivity of device and sharing of information need secured communication environments. The major challenge of IoTs enable device communication device is low bandwidth and low energy. These limitations cannot effort the extra computational overhead and compromised with security threats.  Channel reciprocity is another way of key generation and sharing with low computational process. The major challenge with this system is key generation error and bit disagreement of different device. For the minimization of these bottleneck problem proposed DCT-DWT based key generation and sharing methods. the proposed algorithm is very efficient in manners of rate of generation and bit agreements. The sampling process of transform also reduces the computational overhead and gives lightweight key generation methods. the proposed algorithm simulated in MATLAB environments with different scenario of communication mode. The simulation process also validated with standard parameters. The proposed algorithm compares with some existing methods of key generation. The comparative results indicates that the proposed algorithm is very efficient.
