Study of Logistics Classification of Forest Food in Heilongjiang

Abstract

From the point of view of logistics characteristics, this paper selects 27 representative forest foods for logistics characteristics analysis, determines five evaluation indicators of transportation and storage as the main aspects, quantifies the indicators combined with relevant research, and then uses fuzzy C-means clustering method to cluster forest foods, according to the clustering results. Combined with the development requirements of relevant logistics industry, the forest food in Heilongjiang is divided into 4 categories. It will lay a foundation for further research on the coordinated development of forest food logistics industry.
