Abstract

In these days healthcare is considered to be the most important part of everyone's life and in present there are lots of latest technologies available in the information technology industry to provide support to such smart applications. The Internet of Things (IoT) is the major part in it as well as it provides a huge assistance to the latest technologies to interlink the local end devices to the remote server end without any interruption. Hence the data from the local medium can easily be visible to the global entities without any range specifications. This paper is intended to design a health care monitoring scheme with the adaptation of several latest technologies such as deep learning, Internet of Things and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) enabled security features. These all are integrated together to make a powerful and robust healthcare surveillance scheme in an intelligent manner. In this paper, a new learning strategy is introduced called Intense Learning Principle (ILP), in which it is derived from the classical learning principle called Deep neural Network (DNN). This learning strategy works based on Artificial Intelligence logic and operates according to multiple layer manipulation norms. In this proposed approach of Intense Learning Principle, the last layer of the DNN is extracted and modulated with hyper parameters acquired from the smart device placed into the patient end over hospitals. The Smart Healthcare Device accumulates the sensor values and passes it to the proposed ILP and the approach process further to predict the disease in an intellectual manner. The sensors associated with the smart device are Temperature and Humidity Sensor, Pulse Rate Amped Sensor and Gyroscope Sensor. These sensors are accumulated together to provide an efficient health care management scheme with the proposed deep learning principle called ILP. The RFID is used to enhance the security levels of the health records verification over guardian end. Presently, there is no other system provides a facility to monitor the respective patient health summary on remote manner to the guardian's end. But this approach provides the facility to the guardian to view the health summary of the respective patient from remote end without any delay. While admitting the patient into the hospital, the administrator provides a Radio Frequency enabled called to the guardian to monitor the health records of the patient from anywhere. So, that it is easy enough to verify the data easily as well as this system is sufficient to monitor the health care summary of patients in an efficient manner.
