Abstract

Domestic medical tourism is gaining huge grounds in India and with the rise in disposable income people are considering the option of visiting better places inside the country for treatment as well as for recreation. It is very important to know the factors that are responsible for the steady patient inflow and to measure the antecedents of tourist loyalty towards the medical services of Pune city. These findings can then be utilized for improving the strategies of the medical service providers in the city and can result in better branding of the smart city.
