Abstract

Video super resolution plays important role in today’s digital media. Everyone wants to enjoy movies and pictures with high resolution even they have low resolution camera device. This is only possible due to software based techniques to enhance the resolution of video and images. Video super resolution is the technique to reconstruct high resolution video from its low resolution video. Many techniques are available to achieve this but there are some difficulties to recover sharp edges, to reduce noise and to suppress blur.  In this paper video super resolution technique is proposed to overcome these difficulties and increase resolution of video. Proposed technique is compared with other techniques in terms of performance parameters SDME, PSNR, BRISQUE and ESSIM.
