Abstract

Based on the evaluation method of artificial intelligence arm muscle strength and muscle fatigue using EMG signal, this paper discusses the sports injury model of basketball players' physical fitness training. Muscle fatigue index showed that muscle strength decreased during basketball. At the same time, the model also describes the relationship between MPF and muscle strength decrease (fatigue degree) before each exercise. The novelty of the model is that it uses the original EMG signal as the input, and does not need to be normalized by signal processing. In addition, without any mathematical operation, the muscle fatigue index is taken as the output. The results show that triceps is more likely to be injured because it is less used in basketball. Therefore, triceps brachii fatigue and injury risk is higher than biceps brachii. Older basketball players are more prone to fatigue than younger ones. The percentage of decrease of biceps brachii muscle strength was between 20% and 42%, and the percentage of decrease of biceps brachii muscle strength was about 1% higher than that of biceps brachii muscle.
