Comprehensive Evaluation of Rough Machining Process for Micro Integral Impeller Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract

The comprehensive evaluation of the process plan usually plays a vital part in the mechanical manufacturing process. Aiming at the problem that the evaluation of the traditional process plan mainly relies on experience, which led to the reduction of the accuracy and reliability of the process plan evaluation; the constraint factors affecting the evaluation of the process plan were analyzed, and a multi-level and multi-objective process plan evaluation model was established to determine the processing time. Based on the processing time, processing cost, processing allowance, processing green and processing human factor engineering, an AHP model algorithm based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was proposed and designed, proposed and designed an analytic hierarchy model algorithm based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) for process plan evaluation, and adopted the membership function of each evaluation index data for standardization process. Finally, taking the evaluation of the rough machining process plan of the small integral impeller as an example, the comprehensive evaluation of the process plan was realized, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified.
