Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Perceived by Manufacturing Workers on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Moderating Role of Job Security
Abstract
Based on social identity theory and expectancy theory, a cognition-emotion-behavior analysis framework is constructed to analyze the mechanism of impact of corporate social responsibility perceived by manufacturing workers on organizational citizenship behavior. The results suggest that employees’ perceived corporate social responsibility positively affects organizational citizenship behavior, organizational identity plays an intermediary role between the two, and job security regulates the intensity of the impact of perceived corporate social responsibility on organizational citizenship behavior.
