Research on Evaluation of Rural Revitalization Development Level Based on Factor Analysis

Abstract

Based on the Guangdong Statistical Yearbook (2014-2018), its related data, and the academic research, 15 specific evaluation indicators are constructed from the general requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy to conduct empirical research and comparative analysis on the level of rural revitalization and development in Guangdong Province by using factor analysis. The research shows that the level of Rural Revitalization and development is different among different cities, and the comprehensive development level of Rural Revitalization is relatively high in Zhanjiang City, Shaoguan City, Qingyuan City and other prefecture-level cities, which enlightens the governments at all levels to carry out targeted administrative policy guidance and macro-control according to the actual situation of different regions.
