Willingness of Farmers' Mutual Fund Cooperatives to Inject Capital

Abstract

This paper is based on the perspective of the members of Chinese Farmers' Mutual Fund Cooperatives' trust in the ability reputation and relationship of the organization sponsors, using the orderly Logistic model, the paper discusses the willingness of the members of the farmer's capital mutual aid association to inject capital, it is found that the innovation ability, management ability and moral reputation of initiators have significant positive influence on the willingness of members to invest, however, the promoters' profitability and their relationship characteristics have no significant influence on the members' willingness to invest. The paper further divides the members into two categories according to the amount of capital injection, the members with high capital injection intention and the members with low capital injection intention, by using binary Logistic model, it is found that the influencing factors of the willingness to inject capital are also significantly different for farmers with different capital injection amounts.
